Both correct! It is my dream every single year to win the lottery and build one of these in my back yard. Reminds me of one of my favorite chapters in Little Women when Laurie and Amy would go walking in their conservatory after they were married to remind themselves of their days of walking the gardens in Europe. Happy sigh....
