Peppy

I can't get Peppy Miller's look out of my head.

So here is an obligatory post full to the brim of her delight.

Why can't girls wear hats like this any more?  Why?  Imagine all the bad hair days we could hide.

I do think I need to tie more scarves in my hair.  It gives her the slightest look of whimsy mixed with sophistication. 

And this dress....don't get me started.  

It's 1920's perfection.  Fringe skirt.  Sparkles.
